Purchase Policy


Ticket Availability and Purchase Limits

Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis.  All ticket sales are final.  Limit four (4) tickets per day per household and credit card number. 

Currency

All Ticket Prices are stated in US Dollars.

Order Processing Fees

Tickets purchased through MauiInvitational.com are subject to a non-refundable per order processing fee. 

The order processing fee covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request. This charge includes services such as taking and maintaining your order on our ticketing systems, arranging for shipping and/or coordinating with the box office will call. It is applied to an entire order.

Delivery Methods

The Maui Invitational will begin sending out tickets no later than October 12, 2007.  Tickets will be sent via US Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.  Tickets for all orders received after November 1, 2007 will be held at Will Call at the On-Site Box Office.  If you have placed an order prior to November 1, 2007 and have not received your tickets by Wednesday, November 7, 2007, please contact us at info@mauiinvitational.com

Credit Card Safety

MauiInvitational.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software for secure online commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information submitted with your ticket order, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. 

Final Sale Policy

All sales completed through MauIinvitational.com are final.  Once tickets are received they will not be replaced or refunded if lost or destroyed.

Pricing Errors

If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error or malfunction of the MauiInvitational.com web site or other error by the Maui Invitational, the Maui Invitational reserves the right to cancel that ticket order or ticket and refund to you the amount that you paid to us.
