ABOUT YOUR RESERVED SEAT TOURNAMENT PASS:
Your included tournament pass is a reserved seat for all three (3) days of the tournament. All reserved seats will be assigned by the tournament. Reserved seats will be in the North Bleachers, across the court from the team benches.
2008 EA SPORTS MAUI INVITATIONAL TIP-OFF BANQUET:
The EA Sports Maui Invitational Tip-Off Banquet will be held Sunday, November 23rd, at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. No host cocktails (cash bar) will be available from 6:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. This will be followed by the banquet from 7:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. Don't miss out on this opportunity to see all of the players and listen to each Head Coach speak. The banquet is a great way to get into the spirit of the tournament and to get ready for three days of exciting basketball! The cost is $130.00 per person, and until mid-August can only be purchased in conjunction with an ""official"" tour package. Space for the banquet is limited, and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

STADIUM CLUB:
Just off the east end of the gym is the entrance to the Stadium Club. This is a great place to gather for food, drink, sports television and table seating. A limited number are available for the price of $255.00, which allows the Reserved Seat Tournament pass holder to enter the Stadium Club throughout the three days of the tournament.
Note: A Booster Stadium Club, which allows the booster ticket holder to enter the Stadium Club one time per day, may be sutstituted at a cost reduction if available.
EA SPORTS Maui GOLF Invitational on Thanksgiving Day:
Open to the boosters and fans of the 2008 participating teams. Enjoy friendly competition and bragging rights for the week. The Golf Invitational is held at Ka'anapali's Tournament North Course on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2008. Limited space is available. Information and application form for the EA SPORTS Maui GOLF Invitational will be sent to you with your package confirmations.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS:
Contact us for special discounted airfares. We would be happy to provide you with a price quotation for your air travel from your departing city to Maui based on your travel dates. Why not extend after the tournament and visit another island? We can work up a package just for you!
DEPOSITAND PAYMENT POLICY:
A $500.00 per person deposit is required to confirm space. Payment for the Stadium Club and/or Tip-Off Banquet is due upon booking and is non-refundable. If you are booking airline reservations, prepayment will be required within 24 hours of booking.
The balance of your payment is due by SEPTEMBER 10, 2008.
CHANGE FEE:
A $50.00 per change fee will apply for any changes made to a confirmed package. This is in addition to any airline or hotel change fees. This includes, but is not limited to, date changes, name changes, and hotel changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
This cancellation policy applies to the hotel and ground package only. Refund policies and service fees for airline reservations will be advised upon booking your flights. Policies vary on airline reservations, depending on the type of fare that is used.
