How do hotel rooms and travel party sizes work?

Each registration covers one hotel room for a maximum of 4 people, per hotel safety rules. Groups larger than 4, or those needing separate rooms, should complete a separate registration for each room needed.

What are the ticket options, and when do I get them?

Standard packages include general admission bleacher seating in the South Grandstands, with upgrade options to Assigned Reserved Bleachers or Courtside Chairs. Tickets are digital and are sent out closer to tournament time.

Do young children need a ticket?

Children aged two and under do not need a ticket as long as they sit on a parent or guardian's lap. A regular ticket is only required if a separate seat is wanted for them.

What is the payment and refund policy?

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to reserve a spot, with the remaining balance automatically charged on August 3, 2026. Packages become fully non-refundable after that date, and all listed prices already include taxes, resort fees, and processing fees.
